QuAV have over 40 years of global aviation experience. Flying specially equipped helicopters in many hotspots throughout the world has certainly given the team a unique insight into the multifaceted nature of hi-tempo airborne filming operations. Transferring this skill set into the exciting world of specialised aerial systems has been both challenging and rewarding, we believe we have got the balance just right.
Mark had a vision about capitalising on his extensive aviation career gained through not only serving in the Royal Navy as a helicopter pilot, but over the last 7 years as a fully qualified commercial pilot. He has logged over 4000 hrs of flying experience. He founded Quantum with a desire to enhance that experience and provide the very best aerial filming for clients in the safest, most reliable and technologically advanced manner. Throughout, Mark has gained a unique insight which allows him to use his experience giving him a excellent perspective from the third dimension enabling him to visualise the camera shot before the drone takes off. He is consistently transparent about what is possible and what will be beyond the limit of safety regulations that are commercially and professionally acceptable. |
